High-Speed Precision Dispensing with the D30-H
The D30-H automatic dispenser is tailored for high-viscosity media, featuring a jet valve capable of dispensing over 20,000 dots per hour. It offers a maximum dispensing area of 400 × 500 mm, with contactless distance measurement for precise operation.
Equipped with high-resolution linear encoders on the X/Y axes (0.008 mm) and Z axis (0.02 mm), it achieves an accuracy of ±0.04 mm. The machine measures 800 × 700 × 350 mm and weighs approximately 85 kg, running on a standard 230V supply.
