High-Speed Precision Dispensing for Low Viscosity Media with D30-L
The D30-L automatic dispenser is optimized for low viscosity media with a high-speed jet valve capable of dispensing over 20,000 dots per hour. It uses contactless distance measurement and precision linear encoders for exact X, Y (0.008 mm) and Z (0.02 mm) positioning, delivering accuracy within ±0.04 mm.
Its dispensing area supports PCBs up to 400 × 500 mm. Compact yet powerful, the D30-L measures 800 × 700 × 350 mm and weighs approximately 85 kg, operating on a standard 230V power supply.
