High-Speed Precision Dispensing for Low Viscosity Media
The D40-L dispenser is designed for precise and efficient application of low viscosity materials. Featuring a contactless jet valve and high-speed dispensing with over 20,000 dots per hour, it ensures accuracy with linear encoders providing resolutions down to 0.008 mm on X/Y axes and 0.02 mm on the Z axis.
Compact and reliable, it supports medium to large series production with a maximum dispensing area of 680 × 500 mm. The system runs on Windows 10 and offers flexible operation with stable power supply requirements.
