The S10 stencil printer is a manual precision screen and stencil printer for SMT production in small batch sizes. The S10 is designed for printing solder pastes, SMD adhesives, or thermal pastes.
The S10 comes standard with a quick-release frame from Mechatronic. Quick-release frames from other manufacturers, double-sided clamping systems for older stencils, or fixed frames are also compatible with the S10.
The adjustable X/Y alignment, theta rotation, and the adjustable and automatically lowering table guarantee high printing accuracy, even with fine-pitch components (min. 0.4 mm) on an area of up to 400 x 340 mm.
With its precision cross table, adjustment options in the X/Y, Theta and Z axes, as well as controlled automatic table lowering, the S10 offers a relatively simple, intuitive manual adjustment option for quite complex circuit boards with the finest components in smaller production batch sizes.
