High print quality thanks to the forced squeegee guidance of the S20

If your production volume of printed circuit boards has increased compared to when using the S10 printer, you should upgrade to the S20 SMD printer.

The S20 stencil printer is a manual precision screen and stencil printer with a squeegee-guided gantry for SMT production in smaller batch sizes. The S20 is designed for printing solder pastes, SMD adhesives, or thermal pastes. The forced squeegee gantry of the S20 has the advantage that the squeegee pressure and the squeegee tilt angle, two very important factors for print quality, no longer depend on the operator but are determined by the printer's design.

The S20 comes standard with a quick-release frame from Mechatronic. Quick-release frames from other manufacturers, double-sided clamping systems for older stencils, or fixed frames are also compatible with the S20.

The adjustable X/Y alignment, theta rotation, and the adjustable, automatically lowering table ensure high printing accuracy, even for components with a fine grid spacing (min. 0.4 mm) on an area of up to 400 x 340 mm.

Key Features

  • Maximum stencil frame size: 550 × 470 mm
  • Smaller frames than 550 x 470 mm can also be used in the S20
  • Maximum PCB size: 400 × 340 mm
  • Suitable for screen and stencil printing
  • Designed for single or double-sided printing
  • Contact-free area (Z-axis): 0–24 mm
  • X/Y adjustment: ±12 mm, Theta: ±2.7°, Position accuracy: ±0.01 mm
