The S50 stencil printer is a manual precision screen and stencil printer with a squeegee-guided gantry for SMT production in small batch sizes. The S50 is designed for printing solder pastes, SMD adhesives, or thermal pastes. The positively guided squeegee gantry of the S50 has the advantage that the squeegee pressure and the squeegee tilt angle, two very important factors for print quality, no longer depend on the operator but are determined by the printer's design.
The S50 comes standard with a quick-release frame from Mechatronic. Quick-release frames from other manufacturers, double-sided clamping systems for older stencils, or fixed frames are also compatible with the S50.
The adjustable X/Y alignment (±12 mm), theta rotation (±2.7°), and automatically lowering table guarantee high printing accuracy, even with fine-pitch components (min. 0.4 mm) on a 400 x 340 mm print area.
Thanks to the precision cross table, the adjustment options in the X/Y, Theta and Z axes, and the controlled automatic table lowering, the S50 offers a comparatively simple and intuitive manual adjustment option for quite complex printed circuit boards with the finest components in smaller production batch sizes.
