Precise SMT Printing with Integrated Vision and Programmable Control

The S70 stencil printer is designed for small to medium volume SMT production. It offers a maximum frame size of 584 × 584 mm and supports PCBs up to 440 × 440 mm. The printer includes an integrated vision system with 2 CCD cameras and an LCD monitor to ensure precise alignment.

Equipped with an automatic reversible dual squeegee system, it supports metal or rubber blades with adjustable inclination and pressure for uniform paste application. The electric squeegee drive is programmable with speeds from 5 to 150 mm/s, allowing flexible print control.
